The terms governing your use of the Helix platform
By accessing and using Helix ("the Service"), you enter into an agreement for using the Helix platform. These Terms of Service constitute a binding contract between you and Andrew John Ward, the creator and operator of Helix.
Access to the platform is provided at the discretion of the operator. By proceeding, you acknowledge that use of AI agent tools requires responsibility, integrity, and adherence to these terms.
You agree to use Helix only for lawful, productive purposes. Any use that causes harm, facilitates harassment, or violates the rights of others is strictly prohibited.
When coordinating AI agents, you are responsible for reviewing their outputs and ensuring their actions align with your intended goals. You must monitor agent behaviours and intervene when necessary to prevent unintended outcomes.
Your data belongs to you. We act as custodians of your information while you use the service. You retain full ownership and control over your platform data, agent configurations, and workflow outputs.
Access to real-time agent performance metrics including coordination health, response quality, and system status. These measurements provide visibility into your agent network's operations.
Orchestration of concurrent AI agents through the multi-agent coordination protocol and agent coordination engine. Agents operate within defined safety boundaries and ethical guidelines.
Automation platform with 300+ MCP integrations, intelligent workflows, and AI-assisted decision support. Designed to streamline multi-step processes through agent-powered automation.
Browser-based workspace with integrated AI agents, automation engines, and real-time system monitoring. Includes Terminal Pro, Code Editor AI, API Client, and other productivity applications.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of billing. Payment failures may result in temporary suspension of premium features.
We aim to maintain high platform availability and continuously improve the service. While we work to deliver a reliable experience, results may vary depending on usage patterns and integration configurations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account:
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease at the end of your current billing period. Your data may be retained for up to 30 days unless you request immediate deletion via our support channels. You may export your data at any time before termination.
AI systems may produce unexpected results. While we provide guidance and tools for productivity, the ultimate responsibility for how you use AI outputs rests with you. We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on AI-generated content produced during your use of Helix.
By using this service, you acknowledge that AI outputs should be reviewed before use, and you accept full responsibility for how you apply them.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
