The terms governing your use of the Samsarix platform
By accessing and using Samsarix ("the Service"), you enter into an agreement for using the Samsarix platform. These Terms of Service constitute a binding contract between you and Samsarix LLC, the legal operator of Samsarix ("Samsarix," "we," "us," or "our").
Access to the platform is provided at the discretion of the operator. By proceeding, you acknowledge that use of AI agent tools requires responsibility, integrity, and adherence to these terms.
The Samsarix Realms product terms supplement these terms for Realms adventures, shared-world participation, community features, and Realms Pass.
Samsarix Social and Samsarix Realms are intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. You may not use either consumer app if you are under 18, and you must provide truthful age information when the service requests it.
We may restrict age-gated features or the entire account when age eligibility cannot be established. Play Age Signals, where available, are used only to apply age-appropriate access and legal or safety requirements.
You agree to use Samsarix only for lawful, productive purposes. Any use that causes harm, facilitates harassment, or violates the rights of others is strictly prohibited.
When coordinating AI agents, you are responsible for reviewing their outputs and ensuring their actions align with your intended goals. You must monitor agent behaviours and intervene when necessary to prevent unintended outcomes.
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You give Samsarix the limited permission needed to host, process, display, moderate, and transmit that content to operate and protect the service. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies that must be retained for security, legal, dispute, or backup purposes.
Access to real-time agent performance metrics including coordination health, response quality, and system status. These measurements provide visibility into your agent network's operations.
Orchestration of concurrent AI agents through the multi-agent coordination protocol and agent coordination engine. Agents operate within defined safety boundaries and ethical guidelines.
Automation platform with 50+ integrations, intelligent workflows, and AI-assisted decision support. Designed to streamline multi-step processes through agent-powered automation.
Browser-based workspace with integrated AI agents, automation engines, and real-time system monitoring. Includes Terminal Pro, Code Editor AI, API Client, and other productivity applications.
The platform tiers above are separate from Samsarix Social Plus and Realms Pass. Each consumer-app entitlement uses the benefits, price, billing period, and provider shown in that app before purchase.
Subscriptions may be offered monthly or annually and are billed in advance at the price, currency, billing period, and any trial or offer terms shown before purchase. Unless the checkout says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment failures may result in temporary suspension of premium features.
App-store purchases are managed through the account used with the store shown at checkout, such as Google Play or Apple's App Store. You can cancel from that store's subscription management; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting a Samsarix account does not itself cancel a store subscription. Refunds are governed by the store's rules and applicable law. Restore Purchases can be used in the app for eligible store purchases.
We aim to maintain high platform availability and continuously improve the service. While we work to deliver a reliable experience, results may vary depending on usage patterns and integration configurations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account:
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease as described in the applicable cancellation or termination notice. Account deletion and any limited retention are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and public account-deletion instructions. You may export your data before termination where that feature is available.
AI systems may produce unexpected results. While we provide guidance and tools for productivity, you are responsible for reviewing AI outputs and deciding whether and how to use them. This allocation of responsibility does not exclude liability that applicable law places on Samsarix LLC.
Do not rely on an AI output as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional judgment. Verify material facts and use appropriate human oversight before an output affects another person, an important decision, or an external system.
We will provide paid digital services with the reasonable care and skill and the mandatory quality protections required by applicable consumer law. AI outputs, third-party providers, integrations, and online availability can still vary, so we do not promise that a particular generated result will meet your intended use or that every third-party feature will always remain available. Nothing in these Terms excludes a statutory warranty or consumer remedy.
For consumer use, Samsarix LLC is responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for business losses arising from consumer use or losses that could reasonably have been avoided by following our instructions. For business use only, and to the extent the law permits, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or lost opportunities, and our aggregate contractual liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the claim or US$100. No limit applies to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or non-waivable right that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Before starting formal proceedings, contact support and give us a reasonable opportunity to address the concern. If it cannot be resolved, either party may use a court, tribunal, or other dispute process that has jurisdiction under applicable law. Arbitration applies only where the parties separately agree to it or where another binding agreement validly requires it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and non-waivable rights in your country or region continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring a claim or complaint before a regulator, court, or dispute body where applicable law permits it.
